A former Walgreens drugstore on Central Avenue at McCord Road in Sylvania Township will be the area’s fifth Chick-fil-A restaurant.
Eidi Properties, which owns the 2.3-acre property at 6636 W. Central Ave., said it plans to raze the building in mid-March and begin construction for a summer opening.
Chick-fil-A has free-standing restaurants in Springfield Township, Perrysburg, and Toledo, plus one inside Toledo’s Franklin Park Mall.
