Eidi Properties has reached an agreement with Ashley Furniture to occupy the remaining 42,305 sq.ft. within the 68 acre retail development. Additionally, Columbus Ohio based Big Lots recently opened their doors to a 37,716 sq.ft. retail store at the Crossroads Center in February of 2022.
Eidi Properties acquired Crossroads Centre, a 470,225 square foot power center, in December of 2018, with occupancy at 77%. In less than 3 1/2 years, Eidi Properties has attracted a number of high-quality tenants at the Target Power Center, which includes Home Depot, TJ Maxx, Michaels, Ulta and Five Below and are happy to welcome Big Lots and Ashley Furniture to the tenant roster.
Crossroads Centre is located along one of the most significant growth corridors in Northwest Ohio with easy access to I-80/90, I-75 and US Highway 20. The Crossroads Center is surrounded by a strong retail presence, an abundance of manufacturing and industrial companies, including the 2.6 million sq.ft. Amazon Distribution Center, Capital Tire, and new First Solar facility, as well as a booming single family and multifamily housing market.
