We at Eidi Properties are proud and grateful to host Goodwill Art Works, a remarkable art studio and retail gallery located in our Deer Creek Commons center at 7300 Secor Rd, Lambertville, MI.
This space is more than just another tenant, it’s a hub of creativity and empowerment. Goodwill Art Works provides individuals facing barriers a nurturing place for creative self‑expression, fostering personal growth, dignity, and self‑confidence through art.
The studio features six workspaces, five featured‑artist areas, four communal artist zones, a “Dip a Brush” fundraising art installation, a dry‑erase coloring wall, and an interactive make‑and‑take candle bar which makes it a truly immersive and engaging environment.
A standout feature: 85% of sales revenue goes directly to the Art Works participants, underlining the program’s meaningful commitment to its artists.
We are honored that such a purpose‑driven program calls one of our properties home. It’s inspiring to see how art can transform lives and communities and we’re proud to play a small part in supporting this mission.
