Toledo, OH – November 4, 2025 — Eidi Properties is proud to announce a $90,000 donation to Cherry Street Mission Ministries to fully fund a much-needed window replacement project at their Life Revitalization Center. Originally planned as a three-year pledge, the full donation was completed in just one year thanks to the collective efforts of the Eidi Properties team, led by CFO Ryan Buganski.
What began as a multi-year commitment became a tangible act of impact in just 12 months, reflecting the team's determination to accelerate support for the vital work Cherry Street Mission does for those facing homelessness and hardship in our community.
"This gift is a direct result of the hard work and heart of our team," said Ramy Eidi, CEO of Eidi Properties. "We are deeply thankful to God for giving us the opportunity and the resources to make this happen. We believe in Cherry Street Mission's mission, and we're honored to play a part in helping create a more comfortable and dignified space for those they serve."
Eidi Properties recognizes that this contribution would not have been possible without the commitment of its team, who pushed forward with purpose and faith. It is a shared achievement, driven by a company-wide belief in giving back and strengthening the community we all call home.
