Ramy Eidi is the founder and CEO of Eidi Properties where he leads a team of highly qualified professionals specializing in commercial real estate investment and management. As the founder of Eidi Properties, Ramy has completed commercial real estate investment transactions totaling in the hundred of millions.

In the two decades since creating his company, Ramy has gone from owning a 2,700 square foot corner tavern to bringing Eidi Properties’ current portfolio to more than 1 million square feet of prime retail space. The company’s holdings currently stand at 40 plus shopping centers with more than 400 tenants.

Several real estate trade magazines and News outlets, including The New York Times, Shopping Centers Today, France Media, Heartland Publication, have recognized Eidi Properties for being one of the most prominent, fastest growing commercial real estate investment firms in Northwest Ohio.
Ramy attended Sylvania Northview High School and The University of Toledo. He is a recipient of the Sylvania Academic Excellence Foundation’s 25th Distinguished Alumni Hall of Fame honoree and he, and his wife, recently served as the 2018 Honorary hosts of Lourdes University’s premiere scholarship fundraising event, Lumination. Mentorship and providing guidance to young entrepreneurs is one of Ramy’s greatest passions and he often allots his free time to assisting those who seek his counsel.

When he isn’t working, Ramy is spending quality time with his family, which is his priority in life. He and his wife, along with their three boys, spend most of their weekends at sporting events whether it’s a baseball field or a rowing event.
When it comes to success, Ramy encourages everyone to never fear taking chances. He often quotes his two favorite creeds, “Every adversity, every failure, every heartache carries with it the seed of an equal or greater benefit” and that “There are no limitations to the mind except those that we acknowledge.”
