Originally planned as a three-year pledge, the full donation was completed in just one year thanks to the collective efforts of the Eidi Properties team, led by CFO Ryan Buganski.

The transaction represents a 60% increase in the company’s portfolio, bringing its total holdings to nearly 80 Class A retail properties nationwide, comprising millions of square feet. These include power centers, grocery-anchored plazas, and neighborhood retail hubs.
